To export your lists and tasks, sign in to with the same Microsoft account that you use to sign in to Microsoft To Do. Last year the app got a redesign to make it look even more like Wunderlist, with more color and background options, a dark mode option, and the ability to sync across Mac, iOS, Android, Windows and the web. To Do is the natural successor to Wunderlist, as Microsoft built it based on Wunderlist features. Microsoft To Do is available for free, and syncs across iPhone, Android, Windows 10, and the web. The invitation is a link, so it can be shared with other users in your organisation via email, text, etc. You can then send an invitation to others to join the list. Open Microsoft To-Do > open a list > tap the icon in the top right that looks like a person with a + (see right). Select Tasks in the list that appears, click Next, choose the file saved location.Choose Comma Separated Values and click Next.In the pop-up window, select Export to file and click Next.Click File > Open & Export > Import / Export.

We can follow these steps to export Tasks from the Outlook: Microsoft To-Do team should update the app to make it integrate with Excel by introducing a feature in it to allow the users to import Excel data and convert them into To-Do tasks. To my knowledge, there is no way to list a task in Microsoft To-Do using Excel.

We have now added the print option to the Android app in our latest update (version 2.5). Click/tap on the 3 dots next to the list name to see the printing option. The option to print your list is now available on – Android, Windows, Mac and iOS.
